We hope you love our Travy Stubby Holders and gear as much as we loved putting them together (which is a lot).
If you find the item to be faulty, we'll happily exchange the item or refund you for the cost of goods, excluding postage. Drop us an email to hey@grabatravy.com with a picture of the item and what seems to be wrong with it, and we'll respond to your email as soon as possible to help you out. You will need to get the item back to us at your own cost, but we will refund the shipping cost if we deem it to be an eligible faulty item.
Bought the wrong one? Did you accidentally by a Boom Box, when you meant to buy a Daryl? Don’t worry, we get them mixed up all the time too. If this is the case, please contact us directly, and if we have the desired item available we help you out with your exchange. You will need to return the item in original condition at your cost, and as long as the item is returned in the same excellent condition it was shipped to you in, we can organise an exchange. Postage for the replacement item is at the cost of the shopper. Travy will not take responsibility for any parcels that are lost in transit or damaged on return to us.
Refunds are not available on purchases made through any third-party websites.
